Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using sotelospoolservice.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Services Described

Sotelos Pool Service provides residential and commercial pool cleaning, chemical balancing, equipment repair, installation, and renovation services in the Sarasota (through Palmetto) and east Orlando, Florida service areas. Information on the Site — including service descriptions — is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding quote. Actual pricing, scope of work, and scheduling are confirmed directly between you and Sotelos Pool Service, typically after an initial consultation or site assessment.

Requesting a Quote

Submitting a quote request through our Site or contact form does not create a service agreement. A service agreement is formed only once we've confirmed scope, pricing, and scheduling with you directly (verbally, by text, or in writing).

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, service is billed monthly. We currently accept cash, Zelle, and checks. Specific payment terms will be confirmed as part of your service agreement.

Equipment & Warranties

Any equipment or parts replaced as part of your service, at your cost, are covered by the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, which varies by product. Sotelos Pool Service will pass along relevant warranty information at the time of replacement.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact or quote forms

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Sotelos Pool Service or is used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Google Reviews, social media). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" for general informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, Sotelos Pool Service makes no guarantees regarding the completeness of Site content and is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site itself. This limitation does not apply to the actual pool services we perform under a separate service agreement, which are governed by the terms of that agreement.
