What is included in my maintenance service?
Every maintenance service includes chemical check and balance of chemicals. With every service plan the cost and transportation of the chemicals is covered.
What is included in the full service?
The full service consists of doing a full check and clean every visit. Chemicals will be balanced, walls/floor/steps/skimmers/filter will be cleaned if needed. The motor will be monitored to prevent equipment failure. Finally, the surface will be netted to leave your pool spotless after every visit.

What warranties can I expect on the maintenance work and the replaced items?
For any items replaced, covered by the customer at an additional cost, we use the warranty from our supplier which varies on the product.
How often should I have my pool maintained?
Pools are recommended to be maintained on a weekly basis to prevent algae or moss from growing, prevent equipment failure, and prevent structural damage. The longer a pool is kept dirty the higher the likelihood of an expensive repair is bound to happen in the future.
What payment options do you offer for maintenance services?
Payments are required monthly. Cash, Zelle, and Checks are accepted.

What is your response time for addressing maintenance issues?
Problems come up at the most unexpected times and we understand that. That’s why whenever something arises, we try to respond within 1-2 business days. If it’s an emergency, we can 99% of the time be there the same day within hours.
Can you provide guidance on pool maintenance between service visits?
We encourage our customers to ask us any questions they may have regarding the upkeep of their pool!
